How do I book an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by calling our clinic directly, sending us an email, or completing the online booking form on our website. We recommend having your Medicare or private health insurance details on hand when booking to streamline the process. If you’ve been referred by a GP or specialist, please have your referral details ready.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring any relevant medical documents, including your GP or specialist referral, recent test results, and current medications. It’s also helpful to have a list of your symptoms and any questions you’d like to ask, so we can address them thoroughly. Don’t forget your Medicare or private health insurance card to ensure a smoother billing process.

What services do you offer for heart disease prevention?

We provide a range of preventive cardiology services, including risk assessments, lifestyle counselling, dietary guidance, and tailored exercise programs. Our approach focuses on early identification of risk factors and proactive management to help you maintain optimal heart health. We collaborate with other healthcare professionals where needed to ensure a comprehensive, team-based approach.

Do you accept private health insurance?

Our Fees
We are a private cardiology practice, and our consulting services do incur a fee. Reduced fees are available for pension and healthcare cardholders. Bulk billing may be considered at the doctor’s discretion for patients with extenuating circumstances or financial hardship.

Some, but not all, of our diagnostic tests attract a fee, which is often partially reimbursed through Medicare. However, many of our tests are fully bulk billed.

For more information about our fees, please contact our rooms.
