In 2018, Damon, Jamie and Olivier started Total Cardiovascular Care in Frankston. They had a very clear vision for this newest cardiology practice on the Mornington Peninsula.
They wanted to provide the latest and best state of the art cardiology care for their patients. Importantly, they wanted to do this in a relaxed and nurturing practice, for patients and staff alike. A practice where patients feel listened to, cared for and supported through a stressful time in their lives. They envisioned a fun and caring work environment where staff enjoy coming to work, feeling valued and stimulated, thus attracting the best talent.
Now over 5 years old old, the practice has rapidly expanded, with additional services delivered in more locations by newly recruited staff. Additional consultants have also joined the practice to provide further cardiac services to the community.
Aside from their private practice Damon, Jamie and Olivier have a significant presence in the Public Health systems of Peninsula Health and Alfred Health. They do this because they believe in “giving back” to the system that trained them, but also because they are all heavily involved in the training of future generations of doctors and medical research. It also allows them to provide equal care to their patients, with or without private health insurance.
With all three cardiologists being fathers with young families, they recognise the importance of ecological sustainability and strive to minimise our impact on the environment. They value a healthy work-life balance for all their staff and support diversity.
They are proud of what they have achieved so far and hope that they can deliver the best possible service to you.
